The core values at CORE are Leadership, Integrity, Innovation, and Respect. We have stood by those values for over a decade. Here's how:

Low Volume EDs
Instead of trying to be all things to all people we focus on the unique needs of low volume Emergency Departments. For our doctors that means less stress. Ditch the assembly line of metro medicine and use your skills where they matter.

24 - Hour Shifts
The lower volume makes 24 hour shifts safe and livable. That reduces the number of days tied up at work and opens endless possibilities. Spend time with family. Develop your passions outside of medicine. Play! The choice is yours.

Reliable Schedules
Our schedules are prepared three months in advance and are built around your priorities. There are no TBAs. Calls to fill holes in the schedule only occur when emergencies happen. Yours, not ours.

Beds Available
Forget rooming patients for extended times. We work hard to develop good working relationships with multiple referral facilities. In the pre-COVID world, only mental health access was problematic.

Country Roads
Ditch rush hour traffic and enjoy a the ever-changing scenery of rural America. You won't regret leaving the stress behind.

Independent Contractors
Employed physicians only see a portion of their paycheck. Most of what gets taken out is invisible. Bonus pools. Overtime pools. Pay differentials. Benefits. Our physicians get full compensation up front and have full control over how it is spent. In addition they have tax savings opportunities employed physicians can only dream about.

Quality and OPPE

Each hospital handles these differently. Our Medical Director works diligently to keep the process pertinent and meaningful. Any opportunities that are identified are handled on a personal, non-punitive basis that will be a refreshing change if you have been part of a larger system.
